Kelly (Jason's mom) went on vacation this month for a week and while she was on vacation she bought the baby somethings and here is picture of want she bought.

They are so cute....... It's pretty bad that Jason and I have not even bought anything yet for the baby..... Mom and I did get a crib put on layaway. The only thing that Jason and have thought about is what colors we are going to paint the room........ I have been looking at things that we will soon need to get.........

My mom and I went into twin today and did some window shopping along with actual shopping. We went to 9 months later ans looked at strollers with the car seats, bassinets, and crib. They themes that they had for the cribs did give me some idea on what to do for the room, but I am going to wait further down the road before actually buying things. We went to the mall and stopped in at the motherhood store to see what they all had and of cource I tired on some cloths and mom ended up buying a few things and she even bought the baby a very cute outfit. (i will have to take a picture and post it). It was a fun day and I and had fun spending it with my mom. We will have to do it again mom and invite my mother in law Kelly to join us.

Breaking News!!!!!!!!!

This is our 6 week 2 day ultrasound..... top pic is of the baby and the bottom pic is of the baby's heartbeat at 111 beats a minute. (will hopefully have a better picture at our next ultrasound appointment.)

Jason and I have not told a whole lot of family and friends about our news until we had more information on how things are going. Let me tell the story.......

Jason had left for great falls, mt for supervisor training for transystems on the 14th and was going to be back home on the 18th of june. About 2 weeks prior I was not feeling well and thought that I had some type of stomach bug that was going around. The weeks that Jason was gone I had a busy week. I had an job interview on thursday and still was not feeling that great. Jason was heading home on friday when I had a lunch date with a girl friend but I was not sure if I was going to make it. Before meeting up with Tara for lunch I had took a pregnancy test and before I left it came back saying yes. I was shock not knowing what to do I called my mom letting her know and after I called her I called the doctors office to see what we needed to do. Well they order a blood test that saturday and that saturday morning I had jason look at the test to see what his react would be. I had 2 more blood test to see if the number would keep going up and it did.

On fathers day is when we let our fathers know which made a very good gift. We did not tell a whole lot of family and friends tell we had an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. We heard the heart beat which is a strong heartbeat. After my first doctors appointment we started letting friends and family know.

Yes, we are telling you that we are pregnant and the due date is February 26, 2011

Really slacking

I can not believe that I have been really slacking on the blogging... There has been so much that has been going on lately with Jason and I that we are trying to get everything in order and hopefully we will be letting more friends and family know whats been going on.

I just can not believe that we are half way through the year already and that this weekend is the boat regatta, which I will be working today at. According to the weather its going to be in the low 80's, but hopefully that there will be a little bit of a breeze.

Jason has been busy on the farm and me well I have been working and trying to get the house cleaned up but I have lacking engery for the past 2 weeks that all I want to do is sleep. Hopefully I will be able to get some house cleaning down before ending down to burley for the regatta. Talk to you all soon.

update on the diet

Jason and I want to update everyone on our diet that we have been doing for 22 days now. Jason as been doing really good, he has lost about 20 pounds or more, depending on how well he does on his eating. I have lost little over 10 pounds and have dropped down in pant sizes. When i realized how well I was doing was when I was getting ready for work last saturday (on the ambluance) my xl uniform shirt seem big on me, so I pulled out my large size shirt and i could not believe that it fit and that i had no problem having it untucked a little bit. On sunday it will be 25 days since starting the diet after that we stop the diet for six weeks but we still have to slowly bring other food back in but watch what and how much we eat. Jason and I do have our days were we go out and eat, but we make sure that we get and stay back on track. We have been doing a lot of walking along the canyon rim when the weather is nice, if not we walk on the treadmill here at home.. After the six weeks we will probably go back on the diet to try to loose a little bit more weight.. We will keep everyone informed......... love ya all

The concert was really good... Jason, Kelly and I had fun.... They all put on a really good show.. When we first got there I had to go pick up our tickets and my meet and greet package. I felt bad cause Jason and Kelly had to wait in line while I went into the Idaho center. Before the show there was a group of us that got to meet carrie, get an autograph and also a picture with her. So i had carrie sign a cd that I brought with me. Now till the next concert.

Start dieting

Well everyone, Jason and I started our diet today and yes we are doing it together. We are hopping that we both can lose some weight. Jason also took me to the Outback for an early anniversary dinner and then we went to a new non fat yogurt place in Twin Falls called Kiwi Loco. You pick your flavor yogurt and then you can what ever toppings on it and the weight and thats how much that you pay. It was really good. We will let everyone know how we are doing on our diet.
