SteelHead Fishing

This is my fish that I caught on April 29th.... Dad and I went up tp Stanley to get away from town and just to have a father daughter day.

Dad caught this fish on April 15th in Stanley also.

Mom took this picture (while sitting in the van) of dad and I standing on the bridge looking into the river.

These pictures are of two days that I went to Stanley with my dad and hung out with him... The first day it was good weather but the next day it was snowing on us.

I just want to say sorry for the picture over load that I posted from our vacation. We just wanted our family and friends to enjoy the pictures with us. Jason is back into the swing of things on the farm and I have work 2 nights at work so far and have one more night to go and then I get the rest of the week off. So what am I going to do, I guess I can do some work around the house and yard that needs to get done. There is alot of work to get done too....

Starting our way home

Jason and I got up around 7 am and got things together.. We went to fuel up the car and make our way home...... It was going to be a long 13 to 14 hour trip home if we decided to drive the whole way... When we got to Ely Jason decided to drive the rest the way home. When we got into Wells, Nevada it was snowing and when we got close to Jackpot is started raining.. The whole way home from there is was pouring down.... We are glad to be home to relax before Jason had to head to work and I did things around the house. I got things ready for my first night back to work on sunday.

Heading to Bakersfield, California

After the zoo Jason and I started our trip to bakersfield. On our way there Jason missed his exit and the GPS rerouted us through LA, so Jason had to drive through the traffic and lets say he did really good, but that is the worse traffice that I have ever been through and hopefully we won't have to go through it again... The upside to it was we got to drive along the coast before entering LA.... Along the way we seen Disneyland, six flags and seen the exit for knott's berry farms... During the drive Jason started planning our next vacation and he wants to go to Disneyland, Califorina adventures, six flags and anything else that we can squeeze in there....

We finally arrived in bakersfield around 3 pm and to his cousin's house. He showed us around the house and what he did to his car that he was getting ready for the car show that weekend. I wish that I got pictures of it to show. Saint and Necole cooked up a really good dinner. We really thanked them for the dinner and letting us stay with them for the night..... We need to plan on staying longer there to spend more time....

This elphant was getting a pedicure on her feet and she was just enjoying herself....

The zoo was fun but it was pouring rain on and off most of the day so Jason and I did not spend much time there.... The first thing that we did was take a tour on the bus that took us around the zoo. The zoo sits on 400 acres and has hills that you go up and down when you are walking...

The Shamu Show Believe was a really good show.... they do one at night that includes fireworks but that is only during teh summer time..... I would love to go back and see it again....

The dolphin encounter was a blast...... Gracie as a hard time seeing so she does her signals more by touch and feel...... She has a lot of speed behind her also.... Gracie did splash us while she was playing around.... This is fun for the whole family even the kids would love to do this........

Here is me getting splashed as the waves came in. The water was not very warm but it did feel good though.

Jason and I decided to get a picture together and he thought that it would be funny to get down to my level. You can tell in the picture that I did get a lot of sun on sunday and today. We had a blast at the beach but we ended up going shopping before leaving. We only paid for an hour of parking.

San Diego, Califorina

This is our room that we reserved in San Diego and yes as you can see in both pictures Jason is on the computer checking on his facebook. I have to confuse that even I did check my facebook and also updated my status either on the computer or by using my phone..... We relaxed for a couple of hours before we got ready to head to the beach..........

Jason and I a blast at the races. It was in the 80's but with the humidity it did make it warmer then that... We did leave looking red from all of the sun and yes we even had sunscreen on..... Doug and Laura headed back to Idaho that day and we went make to our room and stayed there. We did not venture out onto the strip.. Tomorrow we have a 5 hour drive to San Diego, so hopefully we will have picture to show you..... See you all in a week...

This is the new 2010 chevy camero with 1000 horse power...... Jason is really wanting this car but the asking price for this car $125,000..... I could buy a new house for that price. They started this car up and it should really good. They had all different style of vehicles there as you walked into the grounds...... More pictures to come......
